調達、加工、生産のあらゆる段階で、Naturtex® は、天然資源の責任ある使用を保証するた めに、より持続可能なソリューションを常に探しています。

Naturtex® 工程と生産

全てのダウンは、Naturtex ダウン & フェザー プロセスを経ています。

  • 洗浄工程では透明度の高い天然温泉水（32℃）を使用しています。天然温泉のおかげで、 通常の4 倍の水量を洗浄に使用できます。
    結果: 900mm – 1,000mm の清浄度（ガラスチューブ – IDFL テスト） – 法律で定められた値より も 3 倍の清浄度です。
  • Naturtex® 下水処理場は、使用済みの水を 100% の清浄度レベルに処理します。これにより 、浄化された水が熱源に戻るという自然な水循環が生成されます。
  • サーモオイルタンブラー：135℃の独自の優しい乾燥システムは効率的な乾燥を可能にし、 ダウンの構造を維持します!
    結果: 酸素: < 4 mg/100g (IDFL) – よって低アレルギー性です!
  • 生産に使用されるエネルギーの 70% には、再生可能資源を使用しています。 2030年までの
    目標は使用エネルギー100％再生可能資源にすることです！

Naturtex®研究所

Naturtex® は、IDFL 認定を受けた、定期的に監査されるダウンとフェザーの研究所を運営し
ています。研究所のタスクは次のとおりです。

  • 原材料と洗浄済み材料の検査（ダウンとフェザー）
  • Naturtex の工場または小売店からのサンプルの収集
  • 完成品の検査
  • 製造後の充填材のサンプルを最長2年間保管する
  • 国際基準に準拠した試験とラベリングの保証

トレーサビリティシステム

使用される羽毛は継続的に文書化されており、EDFA（欧州羽毛および寝具産業協会） トレー サビリティ システムと行動規範に基づいて開発されたナトゥルテックストレーサビリティ システム (NTIS) でいつでも追跡できます。これには、羽毛寝具の原産地から仕上げまでの全 工程が含まれます。弊社は、農用目的で飼養される動物の保護に関する欧州協定の基準を完 全に満たす、監査済みの農場および食肉処理場から機械で摘み取られた羽毛のみを購入して 処理しています。

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.
The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a global not-for-profit organisation and the largest cotton sustainability programme in the world. BCI exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future. The Better Cotton Standard System is a holistic approach to sustainable cotton production which covers all three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economic.
The GRS is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. The goal of the GRS is to increase use of Recycled materials in products and reduce/eliminate the harm caused by its production.
IDFL is the world's largest down and feather testing laboratory – 12.000 tested samples per year, 50.000 tests per year, clients in 52 countries worldwide. Naturtex operates a down and feather laboratory which is certified and audited by IDFL on a regular basis. www.idfl.com

Downpass: it provides a traceable way of down and feather and it also ensures the welfare of the animals
Responsible Down Standard – ensures that down and feathers were not plucked from live animals. Any removal of down and feathers from live birds (live-plucking or molt-harvesting) is prohibited. Force-feeding is prohibited. Holistic respect for animal welfare of the birds from hatching to slaughter. RDS down and feathers is properly identified; to ensures that non-RDS down and feathers are not mistakenly identified as RDS. Each stage in supply chain is audited by a professional, third party certification body. Only products with 100% certified down and feathers carry the RDS logo.

The original Hungarian Goose Down label guarantees that the product is of Hungarian origin. The certification is performed by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK). The label also contains an anti-forgery data storage chip, which contains further product information
