El sinónimo de la responsabilidad ecológica

La sostenibilidad ecológica no es una frase de marketing vacía, es parte del ADN de Naturtex desde 1989. El nombre “Natur” -tex abarca una cuidadosa atención a la naturaleza y el uso de recursos naturales renovables de la mejor manera posible.

Cada paso de la adquisición, procesamiento y producción de Naturtex® busca soluciones cada vez más sostenibles para garantizar el uso responsable de los recursos naturales.

Naturtex® Procesamiento y producción:

Cada pluma/plumón debe pasar por el procesamiento elaborado por Naturtex:

  • Para el proceso de lavado se utiliza agua termal natural y cristalina (32°C). Gracias a nuestra fuente de agua natural, podemos utilizar cuatro veces más agua para el proceso.
    El resultado: 900 mm – 1000 mm de turbidez (tubo de vidrio – Prueba IDFL) – Tres veces más limpia de lo que exige la ley.
  • La planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de Naturtex® purifica el agua utilizada al 100 por ciento, así se puede crear un ciclo natural del agua al devolver el agua tratada a la fuente térmica.
  • Bandeja de aceite térmico: sistema de secado único, suave y delicado que funciona a 135°C. Permite un secado eficiente, conservando la estructura de las escamas. El resultado: Oxígeno: <4 mg/100g (IDFL) – y por lo tanto es hipoalergénico.
  • El 70 por ciento de la energía utilizada para la producción proviene de recursos renovables. Para el 2030, el objetivo es que el 100 por ciento de la energía utilizada sea renovable.

Laboratorio de Naturtex®

Naturtex® opera en un laboratorio certificado por IDFL que es controlado regularmente por IDFL. Las tareas del laboratorio son las siguientes:

  • Ensayo de la materia prima y lavada (plumón y pluma)
  • Recolección de muestras de las fábricas y tiendas minoristas de Naturtex
  • Inspección de productos terminados
  • Los rellenos de muestra se almacenan hasta 2 años después de su fabricación
  • Proporcionar pruebas y etiquetado de acuerdo con los estándares internacionales

Sistema de Trazabilidad

Las plumas crudas utilizadas se documentan continuamente y el origen de estas plumas se puede rastrear en cualquier momento a través del Sistema de Trazabilidad Naturtex (NTIS), que se desarrolló a base del Sistema de Trazabilidad y Código de Conducta de EDFA. Esto tiene cobertura en el proceso entero de la fabricación, desde el lugar de origen de las plumas hasta el producto final. Compramos y procesamos únicamente plumas arrancadas a máquina en granjas y mataderos debidamente revisados, cumpliendo plenamente con los criterios del Convenio Europeo para la protección de los animales criados con fines agrícolas.

The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a global not-for-profit organisation and the largest cotton sustainability programme in the world. BCI exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future. The Better Cotton Standard System is a holistic approach to sustainable cotton production which covers all three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economic.
The GRS is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. The goal of the GRS is to increase use of Recycled materials in products and reduce/eliminate the harm caused by its production.
IDFL is the world's largest down and feather testing laboratory – 12.000 tested samples per year, 50.000 tests per year, clients in 52 countries worldwide. Naturtex operates a down and feather laboratory which is certified and audited by IDFL on a regular basis. www.idfl.com

Downpass: it provides a traceable way of down and feather and it also ensures the welfare of the animals
Responsible Down Standard – ensures that down and feathers were not plucked from live animals. Any removal of down and feathers from live birds (live-plucking or molt-harvesting) is prohibited. Force-feeding is prohibited. Holistic respect for animal welfare of the birds from hatching to slaughter. RDS down and feathers is properly identified; to ensures that non-RDS down and feathers are not mistakenly identified as RDS. Each stage in supply chain is audited by a professional, third party certification body. Only products with 100% certified down and feathers carry the RDS logo.

The original Hungarian Goose Down label guarantees that the product is of Hungarian origin. The certification is performed by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK). The label also contains an anti-forgery data storage chip, which contains further product information
